Join Us on the Mountain

Thank you for your your interest in our snow days: your chance to ski or snowboard with a fun, diverse group of gays and lesbians in the Summit County and Vail areas! To participate, just show up ready to ski or ride at the places and times listed in our calendar.

Host a Snow Day

Not seeing a snow day that excites you? Be a Summit Scene snow day Ambassador! Just follow these easy steps:

• Pick a day, resort, and three (morning, lunch, après) meeting times/places. You may use the suggestions below as you wish.
• Check our calendar to ensure your snow day doesn't conflict with any others.
• Check your schedule to ensure you can fully commit to being present at each of the times and places you have selected.
• Send a note to info at summitscene dot org to request that your event be added to our calendar (include the above details as well as how to find you at the meeting spots--remember a visitor may decide to join the group on your day).
• Recruit anyone you can, show up on time at each of your three selected places, and help everyone have a good time!

We are a laid-back group, so don't worry that you have to be a perfect skier or snowboarder to host a day. Just be cheerful and available.
